Workers comp does make things better for workers a little bit, ecause it guarantees payment. But i it's a low payment. It's lik half to two thirds of your wage, based on the state. I'm paid better than a lot of early 20 century workers,. and i could not cope with the one third loss of income, like, we would be screwed. A person whois blinded gets paid ful, legal compensation for blindness because they're already physically impaired. And very rapidly, employers push anybody up the more ash in the standard until we get higher as we get closer to thirties and 40s.
