Snap had earnings last week and they bombed again, they again refused to offer guidance for the coming quarter. Adam Newman: I think that the through line here actually has something to do with shareholder rights. He says there are pretty egregious miscarriages of governance in tech companies such as Facebook or Snap. Newman: The conventional wisdom on when in hindsight, turn out to be some of the great moves in business history looked really stupid at the time.
