A lot of anxiety does come from I don't know if I can get everything else done because I don't even know if it's possible to get all of it done. Don't unnecessarily stress or rolling things over just because you didn't play out your original plan use a system that allows you to understand how a new plan is going to work so that you can let it go without judgment.
