Is It a Pronatalist Policy?
Rumania had a pronatalist policy from the late sixties up to the end of the eighties. It was essentially, ah, no abortions, no contraception. I think you could have elective abortions. You had four children, could get some for of cont soptime. Was it just bad, i was it just banding abortion and punishing people who have abortions? Or was there something more, people who had abortions, people who performed abortions?
