Is CGM a Good Option for Sulfano Ureas?
I'd probably cut his insulin in half, add a GLP one. Ideally, if he could have a CGM and he's on insulin insurance should pay for that. I've seen a number of people who have been started on insulin because they're taken care of by someone who grew up in an era where insulin was what they became comfortable using. Some of the people I work with, they can't afford some of these newer agents in access as an issue.
