I'm at my wits end with him, and i've no idea what to do. He has become extremely disobedient. The last straw was when he used his allowance to pay for a 60 day subscription card in his room - which he had snuck behind my back. No one can fix an addiction for someone else. You cannot make someone else attai sobriety. Adiction has to be conquered by the person. We're not saying that boundaries and punishments don't have time and place but right now, all are fighting against each other.
