The Effects of Processed Foods on Satiety
The foods people tend to seek when they have a binge are foods that are high in refined sugars, perhaps refined flowers and or you know fat and salt so things like chips and cookies and cakes fast foods processed foods. Studies show that there's something much different about these foods in terms of how they affect our physiology and our sense of fullness. We can just keep eating and eating and not reach a level of satiety like we do when we're reaching for unprocessed foods like beans and quinoa and fruits and vegetables.
