There is not much public money involved here but there's lots of private money and an unclear trail of where it's leading. It does pose some questions about the kind of race to decarbonize that we know we need to act quickly but you've got to balance acting quickly with screwing it up reallyyou know leaving it in the hands of the wrong people or giving dubious money.
