After 11 years at Wasp, you moved to Claremont in France. Was it more about just experiencing something else or was it more of a focus on working with Joe Schmitt and seeing how things developed at Claremont after? I learned a huge amount from both those guys end up signing for one year, but then coaching the academy and working with the first team, I ended up staying there for seven years.
