Is There a Threat Intelligence Service?

When i worked at micersoft, our team had what we would call t the parent subscription and they wo work the children's subscription underneath. And so that worked really well for them. But i've also seen it where basically companies do not trust their employees to purchase anything. So then they could monitor, and if one of us was a bit out of hand, then they could be hey, so what if you didn't run ten thousand different machine learning models per day rates? I guess a case o this is super question, because every organization seems to do it differently.
