When you get to control who has access to things, ratheer than you just rely on central company. With that control can come some more complexity or maybe just a little bit of a learning curbe as you get used to how things work. I exactly have people who, in the beginning, they cry publicly for every thing. And if you share a file within exod itself, ah, well, then they have access to that file. So you don't need to send them another share link all the time. You know.
