A lot of people making phone calls is the idea that the people at the call centers are calling potential sellers. So for us, we're just having them generate that lead and then it goes over to our sales team. We have four guys there that work these leads, set the appointments, go out and meet with the sellers. That's where most of my time in training are with my, my closers. But this is really just a lead gen and then the lead gen, you must get it over to your sales closing team to convert it into dollars.
