Piedmont Lithium Receives $141 Million Grant From US Energy Department

Piedmont Lithium was selected by the US Energy Department to receive a $141 million grant. It will be the biggest lithium hydroxide project ever built in North America. The funding comes from the bipartisan infrastructure bill that passed about a year ago, not the more recent inflation reduction act.
