i'd be curious about your just overall sense of ownership and accountability. You know, the example witay c in those weekly checkin meetings. Ahit is a highly accountable act. But i'm sure you're accountable to all sorts of stuff as as a product manager at netflick or microsoft. Is that a kind of standard that was now set, or was part of the attraction of going to those other roles? He may be educated to dial that back a scoch and exhale from the kind of start up intensity.
