In 03, the US forces promised Iraqis that they will have a fresh start as soon as getting rid of the regime of Saddam Hussein. And now 20 years after, all we saw was some setbacks, starting from the violence, then Abu Ghraib, then Fallujah,. The rise of Islamic State in the country in 2014 for three years, and the rise of the corruption, which is still surprising in the country until now.
