David Rothkopf: There has to be some sort of moral hazard for bank executives who do stupid things. He was CEO of a venture back company and there were periods where we had more than $250,000 sitting in a bank account. "It is satisfying that the Silicon Valley bank people seem to be out of a job," he says.
