I think in that way you know within a business it's also just bringing this full circle to how we started the conversation about the different the many different identities that we each have. So when you are having meetings with your own team being the dissenter could be difficult and causing problems for them but then on your peer level you want to be maybe having that dissension because it's accepted at that you know level too so knowing that you need to really balance what you're bringing into each identity in each group your role within it is very important.
