Are You Using a Weighted Equation?

Ray Kurzweil: The hiring process in my experience, it is so biased. It's just mind blowing. So using other like the current status and the current societal evaluation of people would perpetuate a lot of bias. Have you guys ever thought about creating a more deterministic system where instead of using an unsupervised feature extraction approach, you take those extracted features and run them through a weighted equation? And then have your candidate score based on that. He says he has no biases based on physical appearance or mannerisms but does use actors to prepare for potential outliers.
