How to Balance Open Source and Redash

These days, I'm working on Redash. So the code trying to build the Redash community because it's an open source project. It tells the company that I started whenever me was shut down. And yeah, so that's my day today. Usually one of the aspects is suffering more than others. But I'm trying to learn over time how to improve the balance.
