The Importance of Intuition in UX Design

By the time somebody does see that error message, they're already usually frustrated. That's a really great place for humanity, for a little more humor or self-deprecation as you said. I feel like maybe it's the unspoken qualification for being in the industry in the first place. Living empathetically is exhausting.
