i want you to think about a couple of things. The happy habits are gratitude, flexible movement, time and nature, self compassion, play. Rest can look so many different ways, but if you have no habits or unrest, it will likely not happen. So i thought about putting this first, but i wanted to save it to last because it's fun mental and it's so important. But cultivating a habit of rest is fundamental to happiness.
