Why Would China Want to Join WTO?
China is the world's largest car manufacture and market. It needs access to those markets, for it exports. The state can create structures in which you need at least a car in order to stimulate consumer appetite. StimulateConsumer appetite by making cars less expensive so they are bought under ten per cent with small loans. But instead of an expensive imported gegermany, germans and volkes wagon are making cars in china. That drops the price tremendously - but only if people buy them that way.
