The Knights of Malta

The headquarters of the Knights of St. John Hospital are also known as the Knights of Malta. If you go up to their main wooden door, you'll see a gigantic keyhole. And if you look through that keyhole, by chance, is perfectly aligned with an archway in their garden and the dome of St. Peter's Basilica. You can, it's a very difficult photo to take because you're shooting through a keyhole.
