Are You a Full-Tithed Couple?

Justine: I have a lot of complex feelings surrounding tithing. My husband and I have been blessed with two sets of twins at a young age. We have chosen not to pay our tithing so that we can financially support our family. Our bishop has let my husband know that he is not worthy to baptize our kids because we are not full-tithed cares. Justine: There is nothing in the handbook that says you cannot be a Gospel Doctrine teacher if you are not a full tithe pair. And so this to me feels like a bishop is punishing someone.
