The Importance of Accepting Death

I love that poem first of all, because I'm in it and I love any poem in which I am mentioned. Like a lot of this book is about like death leading into life and then like celebrations of life also being tied to their eventual end. It's not even a cycle because they're like both happening at the same time. They are happening in tandem with one another. And truly the true vulnerability that is required of us is to know that they're both happening all the time. To accept your end to accept death and suffering and the cruelty and chaotic nature of the universe is to also know that your joy is so important...
