The Importance of Dogs in the South

There's just more people in the south and there's more rural people in the southern. Poor people may be less likely to sterilize their dogs, pay a new to them because that costs money. The domestication process starting at least 100,000 years ago with dogs and potentially much, much earlier for farm animals.
