Using Google Docs in a Cloud-Based Solution?

I'm having trouble wrapping my head around what the software would look like. Like, was it a flow? Like, what did it look like? It's hard to describe. Also, it probably doesn't look like this now. This is like an early version of it, but it's basically like, it was kind of like a flow. So you like, there would be like boxes that represented procedures and then within each box, there'd be like criteria for determining whether it passed or not. Well, what I mean is like the user experience, what would it look like?"
