John Avlon: The Supreme Court has taken a huge reputational hit after overturning Roe versus Wade. He says Chief Justice Roberts reportedly is very aware of the political standing of the court. Avlon: I read all of their decisions as just sort of making it leaply political. But some of them are genuine ideologues.
