Is Free State Education a Good Idea?
Free state education is only for people who fall into the lowest economic categories. My children attended state schools in the eighties and nineties. The government had decided, even before the end of a partet, that those people had to pay. So it was decided in the late eighties when my children were in primary school. That ar people living in relatively well to do ereas would have to pay for education on a sliding scale.
