The Maiden Arc Story Structure

The inciting event equaits with the maiden arc. The character will not yet lave the normal world at this point, but she will see an opportunity for growing beyond it. Next we have the first plot point, which corresponds wit the hero arc in story structure. This is where the protagonist fully engages with the main conflict. He leaves the comparative safety and familiarity of the normal world in a way that either literally or symbolically means he can never return to the way things were. Everything has changed. And that brings us to the second act - roughly from 25% to 75%.
