The Tao Is Always Generating

The way is always described as generating things. I can't think of a chapter where it says the way disintegrates things, it draws people back to death. Maybe it's just the nature of being away from the Tao. People kind of fall into death by not being in tune with the Tao but the Tao always kind of generating. That's what it does. So there is a cycle, but the Tao is always generating. that's its primary thing.
