Chelsea's Nutrition Plan Wasn't Changed From Hamburg to Kona

The nutrition plan didn't change from Hamburg to really, even with the temperature difference. Chelsea's and her carbohydrate intake was very modest. It was around 60 grams per hour, which is way lower than what you hear that's promoted now. And it honestly creates one of my biggest annoyances of the sport. I just don't know how we get into this competition as to who can consume the most sugar during race day.
