You can get 90% of the way there using one thing, and when you're super, super close, your transition to something else will kill it. But if you're close enough, you'll kind of still make it the rest of the waythere. And then your body will have entrained itself a little bit to finish up in a place where it didn't start. Does that make sense? Right?
