Your first step to healing is coming clean about your problem with pornography and masturbation. What can you do this week to come clean? Take a risk and tell someone what's going on with you. Be concrete about what you are sharing. You don't have to be graphic but you should mention pornography and masturbation. Share the frequency and don't minimize or try to hide. Who could you tell? Your goal is be honest with yourself and others. Even if they don't have the best response. This is practice for you in learning to be honest on a ongoing basis.
