Brokerage free platforms, there's no doubt they have done a great thing in the investing community. They've increased accessibility to the public markets for any one that wants to start investing. The problem is that these brokerage free er brokers are businesses at the end of the day, and they have to make money. But i think it's just the lack of being up front, the lack of communication from these brokers saying, look, we do offer brokerage free servi because we make money this way.
