Sleep Less Doesn't Increase Your Injuries

Matthew Walker could have pulled those meta analyses and been like hey we have a lot of systematic evidence in different populations with very large samples that if you sleep less increases your injury risk by like 60%. Instead he chose to use one single study. The nine-hour group with the really really low injury risk was based on one injury out of six subjects which is not a good look. If you can cite a fucking meta analysis that has 268,000 participants and you go with one study where one of your groups has six subjects it's not a goodLook anyway TLDR here is you want to reduce your injury risk sleeping more certainly doesn't hurt but correct the individual claims made in his book especially kind
