What would a suite of metrics be in a typical softwar engineering space? What are the common ones that people could start to think about if they haden't i might perhaps start with something a little bit more broad. There's a tool in adult learning science called kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation. The holy grail really is to get to level for which is this evolution of the individual that learned something made a beha change in themselves, which engendered a behavior change in the organization.
