You might need to elevate your athletes in order to actually minimize the time on the ground. Think of like any sport where 're trying tol field some one away from you, dant look cross. Even hocky a lot o, that's done with straight arm. So you need trength at the end of that range of motion. And this stuff plays huge dividends for them.
