Is the Chinese Spying on Israel?
The Chinese have targeted Israel as a better channel to penetrate the United States. They also spy on his on Israel, because they know Israel is a very good friend of the U.S. There is an active cyber war in which Israel's enemies would try to shut down Israeli utilities or be ready to do that. So I would say that when it comes to the modern means of warfare, no soldiers and maybe no spies on the ground.
