Do you have a product to market fit? I mean, do you really? Because if you might not and you might need to adjust. When businesses are cash starved, there's obviously something not working correctly in the business. If you're spending more than you're making, they're most likely something's broken the business. Never make a decision in the dark, never make a decision at night. Don't spend your money on things that aren't worth it. And don't be afraid to say "I'm sorry" when someone is down or needs help.
