I think the important thing to remember is like there's a reason why it's called the doubting disease and part of the therapy which however your journey looks like on a week to week basis. I really encourage patients not to as well our brain's mission is really to try to keep us safe and protect us but sometimes they become that kind of like overzealous friend or have not the accurate sources of information about what isn't dangerous.
