How to Get Rid of Uncomfortable Emotions

In Eastern psychology, or at least with what I know from what is the therapy, it's about not focusing on that. Just accept them, understand that that's sort of the true nature of things we have these pleasant or unpleasant emotions. And then put your attention on the needs of the moment and what needs to be done in that moment. As humans, we don't like to feel uncomfortable. We want to problem solve. It's interesting how you intuitively kind of picked up on that these problems with it's it's coping mechanism to another deeper problem.
