The New Way to Manage Your Package Manager
Pen and C is a new way of managing your package manager. Volta has issues that caught someone out again, I can't read that to it to handle the other day. PMPM will tell MPM to always use that packet manager at that version instead of the one that's installing a machine or the one that you've called it with. It solves the whole problem. Everyone working on that project will be using that specific package manager.
