The Power of Rituals of Passage

Nijay: I really value these rites of passage. Even for our own kids thinking about their baptisms, they can look back at that as a new beginning to their life and they've been severed from the bondage of their previous life. And it's a rite of passage that would have symbolized more probably in the first couple hundred years of the church. Nijay: There could be some problems with somebody getting baptized immediately upon believing in Jesus. But when you go to church and you see people get baptized, it makes your heart so happy.
