Are You Concerned That There Might Be Manipulation on the Part of the Generators?

There are always dark mutterings around the energy market about manipulation at moments like this where there's big prize spikes run. Are you concerned that there might be any manipulation on the part of the generators? I wouldn't care who owns the generators doing it, and i would not tolerate it. That has not ben to me. And just one more point, just on a base load, before we leave that concept. Some of the issues at the moment have been exasperated by the fact that the coal plants all but clapped out. They're not necessarily a generating sufficient capacity when it's required,. as in, they'r off line, or or whatever.
