Is Ja Rule in the Top 50?

Ja Rule only had like a four-year run, bro. If I'm Ja and I look at some of these names, I would be pissed. There's plenty of people on here over Ja. He should be in the top 50. But because when he charted, like his run was not impactful in the sense that it changed like a lot of music.
