Cities like New York have a, because demand is so high to live there, even with a relative decline, that New York could still attract people. But it's certainly less that, less, I mean, what people call the donut effect around cities has become true. In some ways we should expect this to create a little more inter-local inequality. It puts a lot more pressure on cities to, um, do better.
