Debit Card Fraud Protection

Derek writes, my sole reason for continuing to use the credit card is to get Section 75 Protection on purchases. A debit card does not provide this protection. Where does that money come from that allows these banks to afford the fraud that takes place? Are they just eating it? Phoebe: They're just investments. One frees up cash flow, and the one will create future cash flow.
