Simon Simonian's Family Portraits
The renunciation of nationality is a series of photographs documenting the emigrants who came to Britain. The photos were taken by an anonymous photographer over several years, and are thought to have been taken on the same day. But some of the children in the pictures appear to have had their hair cut during that time period - or perhaps it was two different haircuts at once. And one child appears to be wearing black shoes rather than white ones as seen in another photograph.
