My Yoke Is Easy to Bear and My Blessing Is Light

The principle of rest remains true even thousands of years later after it has been implemented. Matthew 11 30 says, why when we partner and we get an alignment, and we rest,. knowing that i can discipline my mind to not run me, and my emotions to not cause overwhelming rage in my life  I can be even, i can be restful. I can do the right thing at the right time. And the more i practise that, the more it becomes this continual flow in my life. Because god's promise that my yoke is easy to bear and my burden is is true.
